11) Stock policies

Items for sale are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed as soon as we receive notification or proof of payment. In case of stock rupture, we will inform the client and suggest alternatives. 

12) Price Alteration Policy

Product prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. All the prices available in the Online Shop of amen-doa.com can be changed without previous warning and are always subject to stock rupture. Prices updated to June 2022.

13) Payment methods

HOLY ALMOND, LDA offers the user the following payment methods: credit cards Visa, Mastercard, MultiBank reference, Bank Transfer. By clicking on "Checkout", the customer confirms that the credit card is his or her own or that he or she is the legitimate owner of the gift card or payment card. The various types of payment are subject to verification and authorisation by the issuers, but if they do not authorise payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we shall not be able to enter into any Contract with you.
If you choose to make your payment by bank transfer, when selecting this method the IBANS that we make available for the purpose are immediately indicated. We recommend that you send us proof of payment by e-mail to info@amen-doa.com com so that we can follow up on your order as quickly as possible. IBAN: after receiving the order details, the Customer has 2 days to make the payment. If the payment is not made within this period, the order will be marked as abandoned and cancelled.

15) Damaged merchandise. To report damage during transport, you must report the damage to the email sent by the carrier, hello@itsabatch.com, with photographic evidence of the damage and we will resend your order with a maximum of 48 hours after confirmation that effectively the damage was not the responsibility of the client.

16) Cancellation of orders. The customer may cancel your order if, within 24 hours, send an email to info@amen-doa.com expressly expressing that intention.

17) Cookies. We use cookies. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and facilitate the use of visitors. Some of our affiliates/advertising partners may also use cookies. By using the Online Shop website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Online Shop privacy policy.
