1. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February applicable to contracts concluded at a distance, the customer has the right to freely terminate a contract, without giving a reason, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

The customer may cancel his order if, within 24 hours, send an email to info@amen-doa.com expressly stating that intention. 

  1. RETURNING ORDERS

After receipt of the order, the customer has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract concluded on the site with the total or partial return of the order, for that purpose notify HOLY ALMOND, LDA to the email info@amen-doa.com; registered letter sent to our tax address or using the form.

The client must send the articles that he/she wants to return, within a maximum period of 14 days from the reception of the order accompanied by the respective proof of purchase, to the address Calçada da Estrela, 29, 1º, 1200-661 Lisboa, bearing the return costs. In the impossibility of the articles being returned normally by normal post, the client can request the collection service from HOLY ALMOND, LDA by e-mail info@amen-doa.com indicating the day and address of collection required. The cost of this collection service is borne by the client and the amount varies according to the total weight of the articles as indicated in the delivery table.

  1. RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

If the customer wishes to exchange the returned articles for other articles, he/she must mention this intention when communicating the intention of return, indicating which articles he/she wishes to receive in exchange. In this case, besides the cost of the return postage, the customer will also have to pay the postage of the new articles. In case the value of the returned articles is different from the value of the articles intended to be exchanged, the differences will be rectified.

  1. RETURNS FOR REFUND

If the client wishes the refund of the returned articles he/she should mention this intention when communicating the return intention. Whenever possible the refund should be made by the same means of payment within a maximum of 10 working days. If this is not possible, you should provide proof of IBAN so that the refund can be made by Bank Transfer.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e., in the same state in which they arrived at the customer's hands, without any anomaly or damage. To complete the return you must present the receipt or proof of purchase.
